Relationships, Sex and Health Education
Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) forms an important part of our wider curriculum at King’s Cliffe Endowed Primary School. Through age-appropriate learning, children develop the knowledge and understanding they need to build positive relationships, look after their physical and mental wellbeing and prepare for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life.
Our RSHE curriculum is taught through Jigsaw and is carefully planned to ensure that learning is appropriate to the age and development of our pupils. We recognise the important role that parents and carers play in supporting children’s understanding and aim to work in partnership with families.
Detailed information about the content and coverage of our RSHE curriculum is available to parents and carers through our RSHE Secure Area.
Our current RSHE Policy can be found in the Policies section of the website.
