HAPPY WELLBEING WEDNESDAY! At KCEPS, we place all children's Mental Health and Wellbeing at our core! Our bespoke curriculum takes the children on a progressive journey of skills and learning throughout their years with us, providing them with skills to be happy, healthy and mentally healthy now and in the future! BREATHING In Autumn 1, our focus is the Here and Now, based on our Mindfulness training The Present and DotB. In order to help children focus on the here and now, we teach various mindfulness breathing exercises! We practise these in class, as we line up after lunchtime, after assembly and in any moment when we need them throughout the day! #KCEPS #lovelearning

This year we are continuing our work with the Cyber Wise Campaign and will continue to work closely with The Conversation Stamford. This means that your children will receive current and relevant workshops, our staff will have access to CPD opportunities and all parents will have access to information and support through a parent webinar later into the year.
