Complaints

Complaints Procedure
Schools are required to inform parents of the procedure for dealing with complaints about the school curriculum.
1. Informal stage, e.g. discussion between parents and teacher or Head teacher.
2. Formal complaint to the Governing Body
3. Formal complaint to the Local Education Authority (LEA)

We encourage anyone who has concerns to discuss the matter with appropriate teacher or Head teacher as early action may alleviate concern. We share with you the commitment to your child’s health, safety, education and, above all, happiness.
